Find Out the Health Benefits of adding Coconut Oil to your diet

Coconut oil is high in saturated fats, in fact around 62% of the oils in coconut oil are made up of 3 healthy fatty acids.   It's so good for us because it only has to go through a 3 step method to be turned into energy vs. other fats that take 26 steps. 

We were really surprised to learn that coconut oil could in fact help Alzeimer's patients benefit from its alternative source of energy that helps repair brain function. The oil also has been known to clear up and heal urinary tract infections. As well as being a natural antibiotic, recent studies have shown that coconut oil protects the liver from damage.
