SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.  Dispatch is 1-2 days.

We ship to Australia and New Zealaand. 

Shipping within Australia via Australia Post: 

  • Free shipping for orders over $100.

  • Flat rate shipping of $10 for orders under $100 

  • Add $15 for express shipping (1-4 working days after dispatch)

New Zealand via Australia Post

  • Discounted regular shipping $10 

  • Please check any import taxes or duty in your country as you are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country.

 

Delivery and Dispatch Time

 

  • Order processing times are within 1-2 business days and do not include public holidays or weekends.  Purchases made on these days will be processed on the next business day.

  • The delivery date is approximately 5-7 working days after dispatch for Regular domestic orders and 1-4 days for Express Post.

  • The delivery date is approximately 5-14 days working days after dispatch for Regular International orders.

  • Once an item is dispatched you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.  Please check your junk mail if not received. 

  • track your order via Australia Post once your item has been dispatched, where you will be asked to enter your tracking number provided to you on our first confirmation email.

  • Please allow up to 5 days for orders to be processed during sale and busy periods.

Other Info:

  • Bulky packages to regional areas may take 2-5 days extra.

  • Please note that Express Post is not classified as registered post however it is trackable as is Regular International Post to New Zealand.
