Returns, Refunds and Exchanges


If you're not in love with your purchase or believe your garment is faulty we can refund your money on any full priced garment if you advise us within 14 days of receipt.  This includes items purchased with a discount code.  

    Purchasing Sale Items

    We will offer you a store credit or exchange on sale items that are not marked 'Final Sale'. 'Final Sale' products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.  Please follow the same guidelines as above for returns.

    Please note you will be responsible for your own return shipping and we suggest you include tracking as we do not take responsibility for any lost returned items.

    Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.

    You must meet the guidelines below to be eligible for a return:

    • contact us advising us of your order number, reason for your return and we'll give you details of where to send your return.
    • return the garment unwashed, unworn and in original packaging.  All tags must still be attached.  
    • garment must be free of any perfume smells and makeup.
    • you must post your return back to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
    • please try and fold garments in the same way as you received them and if possible re-use the bag.

    Faulty Returns

    Please contact us immediately  if for some reason you have received the wrong size/colour or if your garment is in any way faulty. We will replace your damaged item if received within 14 days of receiving it (via Australia Post).

    If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we take no responsibility for return shipping of your garment.  Read more about our Shipping Policy. 

    How long will my refund take?

    Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

    Please allow up to 3 days from the day we receive your return for us to issue a refund.  How long it takes to reach your account will depend on the banks and is out if our control.  

    Refunds via Paypal and Afterpay can take a further few days and this is out of our control also.  You will receive your refund quicker if you send your return via Express Post and send us the tracking number once shipped.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.  Also contact your credit card provider as it may take longer than anticipated before your refund is processed.  Then contact your bank again as it may take some time to process funds.
