Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

At Donnah we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange for change of mind on full priced and reduced merchandise. The following change of mind timeframes apply:

Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same brand new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Info

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved or rejected.  If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.  Also contact your credit card provider as it may take longer than anticipated before your refund is processed.  Then contact your bank again as it may take some time to process funds.  If you have endeavoured to do these things and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@donnahclothing.com.au.

Exchange Info

We are happy to replace items if they they don't fit, are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@donnahclothing.com.au and we will advise where to return your items.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and we suggest you include tracking as Donnah takes no responsibility for loss of returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  Please do not send your item back without contacting us.
