Purchasing Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL! If you purchased something in our sale section or during a flash sale we will no longer offer a refund however we will still accept sale items for exchange but only for the same style and only if the desired size is in stock. If you don't wish to exchange we can also offer you a store credit.

For return or exchange please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your invoice number and stating why goods are being returned and your preference, i.e. either refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, brand new and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once shipped we are not responsible for any loss of your garment so we advise you use tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
