Returns Policy

You can return any item and for any reason within 14 days of receipt. 

Refund

You will be eligible for a refund if you purchased a product and have returned it within 14 days of receipt of purchase. 

Exchange

You are eligible for an exchange if you purchased a product with or without a discount code.  

FIrst Exchange

As online shopping can have its challenges we are happy to pay for the return postage on your first size exchange of a full priced product.  Contact admin@ donnahclothing.com.au

Extra Returns Info

Our policy lasts 14 days.  Unfortunately after 14 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, brand new and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

For return or exchange please email us at admin@donnahclothing.com.au quoting your invoice number and stating why goods are being returned and your preference, i.e. either refund or exchange.

  • Choose the new item you would like to exchange for and we can hold for you.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Info

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.   Once shipped we are not responsible for any loss of your garment so we advise you use tracking.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
