Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you're not in love with your purchase or believe your garment is faulty we can refund your money on any full priced garment within 14 days of receiving (via Australia Post).
Please note you will be responsible for your own shipping and we suggest you include tracking as we do not take responsibility for any lost returned items.
Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.
You must meet the guidelines below to be eligible for a return:
- email us @donnahclothing.com.au advising us of your order number, reason for your return and we'll give you details of where to send your return.
- return the garment unwashed, unworn and in original packaging. All tags must still be attached.
- garment must be free of any perfume smells and makeup.
- you must post your return back to us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
- please fold garments in the same way as they were sent to you. If not you may be charged a restocking fee.
Purchasing Sale Items
All sale items are final. We will offer you a one only exchange but only for the same style and if the desired size/colour is in stock. If not available we can offer you a store credit. There are strictly no refunds on sale items.
We will offer you a one only exchange for colour or size on the same style if the product is available. Please advise us via email@example.com with the order number, return the garment and upon receipt we will send your exchange. Please note you will be responsible for your own shipping and we suggest you include tracking as we do not take responsibility for your return.
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if for some reason you have received the wrong size/colour or if your garment is in any way faulty. We will replace your damaged item if received within 14 days of receiving it (via Australia Post).
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as we take no responsibility for return shipping of your garment. Read more about our Shipping Policy
How long will my refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved or rejected.
If approved please allow up to 5 days from the day we receive your return for us to issue a refund.
Refunds via Paypal and Afterpay can take a further few days and this is out of our control. You will receive your refund quicker if you send your return via Express Post and send us the tracking number once shipped.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Also contact your credit card provider as it may take longer than anticipated before your refund is processed. Then contact your bank again as it may take some time to process funds.
