We’re always happy to answer any queries before you place an order. Need specific measurements or extra details? Just shoot us an email at admin@donnahclothing.com.au—we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns for Australia & New Zealand

We get it—sometimes a style just isn’t the right fit. If you need to exchange for a different size or something that suits you better, we offer store credits with no expiry date for full priced items only.

Sale Items and Final Sale items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for Sale and Final Sale items.

Shopping online can be tricky, especially if you're new to our brand and sizing. We’ll always do our best to find a solution, and if a refund is the only option, we’re happy to consider this for first-time customers, for full priced items only.

Just let us know within 7 days of receiving your item, and make sure it’s back with us within 14 days.  If we receive a return without hearing from you we will not do anything sorry.   

We send your order with care, and we appreciate it being returned in the same condition—unworn, neatly folded, with tags and original packaging intact.

Items sent back with marks or stains will be returned to you.

If you’ve used a payment service like Afterpay, we can only offer store credit for your return.

Returning Your Order

Use a Trackable Postage Service

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable postage option and keeping your tracking details handy—just in case. While we’ll always do our best to help locate a missing parcel, we can’t take responsibility if it doesn’t arrive.

As we’re based in Perth, we suggest using Express Post for returns. This ensures we can process your exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.

International Returns

We allow extra time for international returns to account for shipping delays—just send us an email or complete the attached return form.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, so we encourage checking measurements before purchasing. We’re always happy to help with sizing and fit guidance to avoid extra costs.

Please note: We’re unable to offer refunds on international orders, so be sure to check sizing details or reach out with any questions before placing your order at admin@donnahclothing.com.au.


Important Return Conditions

  • Full-priced items: Eligible for store credit or exchange.
  • Sale items: Non-refundable. A size swap may be possible if stock is available, so check measurements carefully.
  • Flash sale items: Can be returned for store credit or exchange.
  • Afterpay purchases: Not eligible for refunds. A store credit with no expiry will be issued.

We often reply to emails out of hours so please feel free to email us any time

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.  To enquire about returning a faulty item, contact us with a description of the fault and image for our review and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue.
