Returns for Australia & New Zealand
We get it—sometimes a style just isn’t the right fit. If you need to exchange for a different size or something that suits you better, we offer store credits with no expiry date for full priced items only.
1. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, please contact admin@donnahclothing.com.au Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once assessed, you may choose a refund, repair, replacement or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.
If a fault is confirmed, we will also refund your original shipping and reasonable return postage.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns (Full-Price Items)
We accept change-of-mind returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery.
For change-of-mind returns we offer:
✔ Store credit only (valid 12 months)
We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind returns.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
-
In original, resellable condition
-
All tags attached
-
Original packaging included
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Sale Items & Promotional Periods
Final Sale Items
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned for change of mind (no refunds, no store credit).
Faulty items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Discounted Items (Non-Final Sale)
Items discounted during promotions but not marked final sale may be returned within 14 days for store credit only.
No cash refunds.
Customer pays return postage for non-faulty items.
4. Welcome Code / Discount Code Purchases
Items bought using a discount code follow the standard rules:

Full-price items with a discount code applied → eligible for store credit only (if returned within 14 days).

Cannot be used on final sale items.

Codes cannot be combined unless stated.

Items returned without tags, worn, washed or damaged (not due to a fault)

Photos if faulty
After approval, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address.
Store credits are issued within 7 business days of receiving your return.
7. Return Shipping

Faulty items: we reimburse reasonable return postage.

Change-of-mind: customer pays return postage.

Store credits issued once items are received and approved.
