We’re always happy to answer any queries before you place an order. Need specific measurements or extra details? Just shoot us an email at admin@donnahclothing.com.au or use the ‘Shop’ button at the bottom of the website and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns Policy - Advise us within 7 days and return item to us within 21 days.
Full Priced Items
- Full priced items are eligible for a refund or credit note.
Please allow 2-5 days after receipt, for us to send back funds to your original payment method. If you have not received your funds after 10 days, please contact us. Please note that the delay may be caused by your bank taking longer than anticipated to refund your money.
Sale Items
- Sale items are not eligible for a refund but can be returned for a credit note.

Promotional sales or Flash sales with a code or automatic discount applied are not eligible for a refund (except our 'Welcome Code' for full priced items), but can be returned for a credit note.
Final Sale
Final Sale items are Final and not eligible for a refund or credit note.
Exchanges
Please note: We do not offer exhanges as it just get's a bit messy! We advise you to return your item as soon as possible and if you'd like a different size, to purchase that size before you receive your refund so as not to lose out, as our products always sell out quickly.
Afterpay
If you’ve used a payment service like Afterpay, we can only offer store credit for your return as Afterpay charges shop owners a very high fee.
International Orders
We do not offer returns on International Orders.
Faulty Garments
We 100% guarantee our garments, so In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, we will gladly replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged and you contact us within 7 days and return the item within 21 days. To enquire about returning a faulty item, contact us with a description of the fault and image for our review and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue. If we receive a return without hearing from you we will not do anything sorry.
Condition of Garments
We send your order with care and would be grateful if the item/items be returned in the same condition—unworn, neatly folded, original packaging intact and with tags.
Items that have been worn, have stains or are dirty will be returned to you.
Returning Your Order
Use a Trackable Postage Service
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable postage option and keeping your tracking details handy—just in case. While we’ll always do our best to help locate a missing parcel, we can’t take responsibility if it doesn’t arrive.
As we’re based in Perth, we suggest using Express Post for returns. This ensures we can process your exchange or store credit as quickly as possible.

- Flash sale/Promotional items: Can be returned for store credit only (except the 'Welcome Code' which is eligible for a refund on full priced items.
- Final Sale Final Sale items are final and not eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.
- Afterpay purchases: Not eligible for refunds. A store credit will be issued.
- We offer 100% guarantee. If you items is damaged please contact us within 7 days and return the item within 21 days for a refund.
